Call our 24/7 emergency hotline on 09610009620 immediately. Our emergency team will guide you and prepare for your arrival, and ambulance support can be arranged. Keep the patient calm and lying down, do not give food or drink to an unconscious patient, and never drive yourself if you feel unwell.

Go to the emergency department for chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke such as sudden weakness on one side or slurred speech, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, seizures, serious injuries or poisoning. These conditions need immediate attention, and treatment within the first hour greatly improves the chance of recovery.

Outdoor (OPD) consultation is available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday, and from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday. Emergency and inpatient services run 24 hours a day. General visiting hours for admitted patients are usually in the afternoon and early evening; please check with the ward desk for the current schedule.

For a consultation, please bring a valid photo ID, any previous prescriptions, test reports and a list of the medicines you are taking. For admission, bring your admission advice, ID, insurance or payment documents if applicable, and personal items. Our staff will guide you through the process.

Most routine diagnostic reports are ready the same day and can be collected from the reception desk or viewed through the patient portal. Please bring your receipt or patient ID when collecting reports. We accept cash, debit and credit cards, and commonly used mobile financial services at the billing counter.
